SCOOP Events

I got all my chips in with pocket Aces up against my opponent's pocket 7's. The flop brought a 7.

The hand didn't particularly bother me, as I'd like to have that situation every hand. The reason I wasn't bothered is because I realize that my Aces are going to lose about 20% of the time.

I might lose with Aces five time in a row, but eventually the math will catch up and I'll win 80% of the time.

Which is why playing poker is clearly a game of skill.

A great place to showcase these skills is at one of the best Online Poker Tournament series, Pokerstars' annual SCOOP events.

One of the fun aspects of the SCOOP tournament is the wide mix of games. Plenty of Hold 'Em avents but also some of the lesser known games too. Below are a couple of videos about these other games.
